Acceptance of Terms
By using dinecue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What dinecue Does
dinecue helps you decide where to eat by considering your mood, location, preferences, dining context and available place information.
Accounts and Sign-in
You can sign in with an email one-time code or Google Sign-In. dinecue does not offer password login in this version.
Recommendations and Third-Party Data
Recommendations may use third-party services and publicly available place information. dinecue may not know every detail about a restaurant, menu, price, reservation or availability.
User Inputs and Preferences
You are responsible for the information you enter, including location, preferences, dining context and menu or restaurant details.
Fair Use and Quotas
The Free plan includes limited monthly use. Pro may be offered later, but dinecue does not currently promise a paid upgrade or payment flow.
No Guarantees
dinecue does not guarantee that a recommendation will be perfect, available, open, affordable, safe for every diet, or suitable for every situation.
Health, Diet and Allergy Notice
dinecue is not medical advice. For allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, medical conditions or religious requirements, confirm details directly with the restaurant or a qualified professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dinecue is not liable for decisions, losses or issues arising from restaurant visits, third-party information or user-provided inputs.
Changes to the Service
dinecue may change features, limits, availability and these terms as the product evolves.
